WeDidThis is for capturing fun, shared moments with people you know. You agree not to upload, share, or create content that is:

• unlawful, hateful, harassing, or abusive;
• sexually explicit or pornographic;
• violent or threatening;
• an infringement of anyone else's rights or privacy.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.

• You are responsible for the photos you take and share in a party.
• Only take photos of people who are happy to be photographed.
• You grant other members of your party the ability to view and save the photos you contribute to that party, consistent with how the App works.

• Any participant can report a photo from within the album.
• Reported content is reviewed and removed if it breaches these terms, typically within 24 hours.
• A party host can remove participants from their party.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these terms.

The App is provided “as is”. Photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after a party ends — save anything you want to keep before then. We are not responsible for content that is lost, deleted, or not saved in time.
